Wanted Class Guide — Nullscape
The Wanted class in Nullscape features a unique bounty mechanic with high risk and reward. Learn stats, abilities, synergies, and strategies for this C-tier class.
Wanted
Tier: C · Speed: 6/10 · Difficulty: 7/10
The Wanted class is built around a unique bounty mechanic that fundamentally changes how you approach each run. By accumulating a bounty, you gain access to powerful bonuses — but a high bounty also attracts elite enemies that hunt you down. This risk/reward dynamic makes the Wanted one of the most interesting but challenging classes in Nullscape.
Overview
Every kill with the Wanted class increases your bounty meter. As your bounty rises, you gain stacking damage bonuses and access to exclusive bounty shop items. However, when your bounty exceeds certain thresholds, special bounty hunters spawn to claim the price on your head. Managing this system — pushing your bounty high for rewards without getting overwhelmed by hunters — is the core of the Wanted experience.
Abilities
Collect Bounty
When an enemy dies near you, you automatically collect their bounty, filling your bounty meter. The meter has five tiers, each unlocking stronger bonuses but also increasing hunter spawn rates.
- Bounty Tier 1: +10% damage
- Bounty Tier 2: +20% damage, +5% speed
- Bounty Tier 3: +35% damage, +10% speed, access to Bounty Shop
- Bounty Tier 4: +50% damage, +15% speed
- Bounty Tier 5: +70% damage, +20% speed, exclusive Bounty Shop items
Pay Off
Activate to instantly reduce your bounty by two tiers and eliminate all currently active bounty hunters. This is your emergency reset button.
- Cooldown: ~20 seconds
- Effect: Drops bounty 2 tiers, kills all hunters
- Cost: You lose the stat bonuses from those tiers
Stats
| Stat | Rating | Notes |

| Health | 5/10 | Average — hunters can overwhelm quickly |
| Damage | 6/10 (varies) | Scales dramatically with bounty |
| Mobility | 5/10 | No special mobility tools |
| Difficulty | 7/10 | Bounty management requires constant attention |
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Potentially the highest damage output in the game at max bounty
- Bounty Shop offers exclusive, powerful items unavailable to other classes
- Pay Off provides a reliable safety valve when things get dangerous
- Unique and engaging gameplay loop that feels different every run
- Rewards aggressive, high-kill playstyles
Cons
- Bounty hunters are extremely dangerous and scale with your bounty
- No mobility abilities to escape hunter encounters
- Pay Off's long cooldown means you can't reset frequently
- The class is average-to-weak at low bounty tiers
- High bounty makes every room a potential death trap
Best Upgrade Synergies
- Wanted Dead or Alive — Bounty hunters drop rare loot when killed
- Hunted Boost — Gain temporary invincibility when a new hunter spawns
- Price on Your Head — Bounty meter fills 30% faster
- Bargain Hunter — Bounty Shop items cost 25% less bounty points
- Last Stand — When reduced to 1 HP, automatically activate Pay Off and gain temporary invincibility
Wanted Dead or Alive turns the class's biggest threat into its biggest advantage.
Tips
- Push to Tier 3 bounty as fast as possible to unlock the Bounty Shop. The exclusive items there can carry an entire run.
- Pay attention to hunter spawn indicators — audio and visual cues warn you before hunters appear.
- Use Pay Off proactively before boss fights. Entering a boss arena at high bounty with hunters active is almost certain death.
- In narrow corridors, hunters are easier to funnel and deal with. In open rooms, they're significantly more dangerous.
- On Extreme difficulty, consider maintaining a lower bounty (Tier 2-3) for safety. The damage bonus from high tiers isn't worth the hunter threat at extreme enemy damage levels.
